If the episodes you want to identify are on a store bought tape you can look up their titles on the episode list page to find out year they are from.
For episodes that are taped from tv, once you know the year... you can then look though that year on the episode list to find a discription that matchs your episode and find its name.
The eaisest way of finding out what year a particular episode is from is to look at the very end of the credits and the year will be there. But, if you don't have the end credits there are other ways of finding out what year it is.
You can narrow it down by seeing what opening titles it uses. Refer theme song and titles page to view pics of each opening title sequence.
Once you have narrowed it down this way.. to get the exact year you need to look at what sets are used in the episode. Each series had changes to some of the sets, so by seeing what sets are used the year can be worked out.
